BrandTalk answers them from the company’s own material, at any hour, and shows the document so it can be checked.

What do new colleagues ask?
Who owns what, how many vacation days they get, what the rules are for parking or travel. The everyday questions that are answered somewhere, if you know where to look.
How do we keep the answers current?
Add or replace the document and the answers follow. If two documents disagree, BrandTalk asks an administrator which one applies.
Can new colleagues test what they have learnt?
Yes. Ask for a quiz on the handbook and BrandTalk asks questions from it and marks the answers.
Which languages does it work in?
A colleague asks in their own language and gets the answer in it. The documents can stay in the language they are written in.
