Your material stays private: it is stored in the EU, it is never used to train anyone’s software, and only the people your company invites can ask about it.

Where is the data stored?
Stored in the EU, in Stockholm on your personal or private cloud storage. To write an answer, the relevant passages are sent to the service that writes the answer, which may process them outside the EU, only for that answer.
Who handles your data, by name, is listed in the privacy policy.
Is it used to train anything?
No. Your material is used to answer your own questions and nothing else.
The language model that writes answers is provided under business terms that do not allow it to be trained on your text.
Who can see what?
Only the people your company has invited, who sign in. Administrators manage the material, the team and the voice; everyone else asks questions.
A conversation is private to the person who had it, unless they share it. A shared conversation shows the conversation and its sources, and nothing else.
Can an answer be checked?
Yes. Every answer shows the documents it came from. If your material does not cover a question, BrandTalk says so.
Can we delete our data?
Yes. A person can delete their own conversations, material can be removed in admin, and a company’s whole workspace can be deleted, which removes its material, its conversations and its logins.
